Change email address

Hi there, I’d like to change the email address linked to my profile as that address (from my former Uni) does not exist anymore. But every time I try to change it in the account settings and press ‘save account settings’ it says ‘There was a problem saving your changes’ – what can I do? Thanks in Advance!

The problem saving your changes error is often caused by trying to use an email address which is already registered with WordPress.com. If that’s the case you need to choose a different email account to use or log into that other account and change the email so it become available again.
If you’re sure the email is not being used with a WordPress.com account, post the email address here (forum software will block it so only staff can read it) and add “modlook” to the tags for this thread. That will alert a staff member that you need assistance with this issue.
