change email address

  I’m trying to change the email address for another admin account on a WordPress.com hosted site but I continue to receive an error stating that ‘the email address is already being used’. Is there a way to circumvent this annoyance?

  There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.

  The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time.
