My present email is no more, my new one has been used before and it won’t let me change to it.

Hi there!
An email address can only be associated with one WordPress.com account. If you’ve used your email with another account that you do not wish to use anymore, I suggest that you change the email on that account to another one (you can later close the account completely).
This will free your email and allow you to use it with the desired account.More information here:
