Change email address

    Hi and on the Account Settings page, I cannot change my email address to my gmail account; the current email address I no longer have access to.

    Hi there,

    If you have ever had accounts with us in the past, you may be using your gmail address for another account. Is it possible this is the case?

    What if you use a different email address instead… are you able to update your email on this account if you use a different address, and the issue is only with your preferred gmail address?
