Change email address on account

Hi, I’ve got another account where the password has been lost and the email address is no longer active, so the password reset can’t be received. Is there any way of getting into the account please?

Thanks for that. The reason why I’m asking is that this account used to use the Personal plan, and then let it lapse. I was wondering if, when you’ve subscribed to the legacy Personal plan in the past, you’d be able to use it again or would you only be able to sign up to the new pricing plans?

To answer this for you, can you please provide the site address or URL of your site that had the Personal plan? We can look into what’s possible, though we’d need to review your account beforehand.
To regain access to your account, you can also complete the account recovery form.

Thanks very much. It will be difficult to recover the account, as the required information is in the email account that is no longer active. Would you be able to advise the plan options before account recovery please, to inform whether it’s worth trying to recover the account? I know that the current plans won’t be suitable, Pro because of cost and Starter because it doesn’t remove ads.

It will be difficult to recover the account, as the required information is in the email account that is no longer active.
If you own the credit card that was made to pay for upgrades on the account, the verification information can be found directly on your credit card statement.
