Change email address on WordPress account

I need to change the email address associated with my WordPress.com account. When I go to Account Setting and type in my new email address, I receive the message ‘There was a problem saving your changes’. Any idea?

Normally when I’ve seen that error on our new account page at that link, it’s been an issue with cookies. Would you please visit this page and see if your third party cookies are working correctly?
