Change Email address/make a payment

    We are trying to change the email address associated with this account as we no longer have access to the original email the site was registered with.

    We also keep getting notification that our payment card needs updating however when I try to make a payment I get notification that ‘the blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscription?’

    Help?!

    While logged into your account, go to account settings and update your email address: https://wordpress.com/me/account

    When you click the Save Account Settings button, there’ll be a message saying that there’s a pending change and to check your inbox for confirmation.

    If you are still needing help with the payment issue, add “modlook” to the tags for this forum thread to let WordPress.com staff know that you need assistance.
