Change email, but it is already in use

Need help to change email id for username ‘pastormgabraham’ to ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)
I would like to change my accounts (username: pastormgabraham) email to (email visible only to moderators and staff). But when attempting to change the id, I am not allowed saying ‘Email already in use’. I had created another wordpress account with (email visible only to moderators and staff) whose username was ‘mgabrahamkonni’. I deleted the account ‘mgabrahamkonni’ last week.
New account ‘pastormgabraham’ uses (email visible only to moderators and staff) – need to change this to (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Old account ‘mgabrahamkonni’ had email (email visible only to moderators and staff) . I deleted this account last week

Hello there, if you deleted the other account without changing its email address first, the associated email address is locked for 30 days. Once that time passes, you’ll be able to reuse the email address.
