Change email direction of just one form

Hello, I would like to have a form that I have set up on belvedere club.co to direct to a secondary email being (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is different from the one I have listed under my account settings. Can I do that for just that page?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there. When you create a contact form via the button in the classic editor it gives you an option to specify which email address the contact form should be sent to. You can have every contact form forward to a different address and you can even have one form forward to multiple addresses. See here for instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/#notification-preferences

Just to be clear: This is specifically a feature of the contact form. Comment notifications can only go to the email address associated with your account.

Thank you. If the form already exists can I change the email or do I need to delete it and re-create it?

You can edit the form – seems to me you highlight the whole form in the editor and click on “Add Form” box – not straight forward I think

  • What @auxclass said. Or you can manually add the following to the shortcode in the visual editor:

Inside the first [contact-form] brackets add to=’email address’ and also subject=’subject line of email’ if it’s not there. Include the quotes and leave spaces between each attribute.
