I have duplicate accounts with different emails. I need to change my email on this account to my business email. Because this account is link to my WP site.

I have a duplicate account with different emails. I would like to use the other email from one account for this account. I tried changing it to the other email, I received an error message: already being used! Does anyone have a contact number to speak with live person from WordPress?

Hi there, If the email address you want to use for this account (B) is already associated with another WordPress.com account (A), you won’t be able to use it for this account (B). Your email address is your unique identifier and can’t be shared between accounts.
In order to change to that email address for this account (B), you’ll need to first change the email address of account (A) to something else and also confirm it. Only then will you be able to use the desired email address for account (B).

Hi there,
Email addresses cannot be associated with multiple WordPress.com accounts.
To be able to use that email address with your current account you need to change the email address of the other account to one that’s not associated with a WordPress.com account.
This way the email will be released and you’ll be able to use it on this account (@reginausa1).
