Change Email on my contact info.

Hi!
I have tried to change the contact email but a confirmation mail never shows up on the new email. What do I do?I’m struggling here:
Dashboard
– User
— Your Profile
— Contact info
—- Email (required)‘If you change this we will send you an email at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.’
‘There is a pending change of your email to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Cancel’Keep it up!

Hi Johan, I’m not seeing a pending email change. Did you cancel it? Also, can you let us know what the new email address was going to be? If you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.

I don’t think this profile is connected to our wordpress page. This is just my own account.
And now after e few weeks it looks like the correct address is there when I log on and check. The wrong one is changed. That is good but the problem still remain, It seem like sending messages does not work.
Does it work for you? Do you see if this contact form sends mail to <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>?Best regards

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress.org software and it is hosted elsewhere.
We have no way of knowing what email address is used on the contact form. So, it’s best to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
