Change Email & Username

  I have 2 accounts and this one is my main account. The other account I deleted a couple days ago, was under the name (email visible only to moderators and staff). I want to use that email on this account so I wanted to know if you can speed up the 30 days wait. Plus I wanted to change my Username to RPWireless or else RPWirelessInc .

  Hey there, it looks like you’ve got the username change done. For the email, you could undelete the account (by replying to the closure email), then log in, change the email address to something else, and confirm it, thus freeing up that address. Or, you thought about using a gmail alias? Instead of using this:

  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Use this:

  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  You can make that +1, +whatever, +doesnotmatter … whatever letters or numbers make the most sense to you. Gmail will ignore the plus sign and anything after it. But we won’t, so it’s in effect a second email account that delivers to the same address.

  Want to give that a try? After 30 days you can change to your preferred address.
