Change email when its not sending a confirmation

    I’m trying to change my email on WordPress email but its not sending a email confirmation to the email I want to use.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hey there – in the past I have achieved this, and received a confirmation email in response to it, by accessing the Account Settings section of my profile, adjusting the address and saving the changes. Was this your same process? If this was the same for you, have you checked your junk for the newly updated email account?

    Hi atpbjj,

    Updating the email address on your WordPress.com account sends a confirmation email to the new address (not the existing one). Are you checking the new email address added to your Account Settings page?

    If so, it would be worth following @codekmyta’s suggestion of checking your spam folder.

    Hello,

    The old email is not in use. I looked in the spam folder of my new email and I haven’t received anything yet. How can I get this resolved?

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any email change requests on the account you’re using to contact us (@atpbjj). Are you trying to change the address of that account or of another one?
