  I am trying to give you a new credit card before the domain name bill is due. I cannot find where to do that. I have tried all the instructions…

  What is the exact URL of the site you refer to?
  Exactly which username account registered it?

  Organizations,companies and/r groups of any kind do not own blogs.
  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account, who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address and purchased any upgrades for it.

  The blog’s owner must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or to update credit card information https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any upgrades in this account. If your site with the domain belongs to a different account, you will need to log into that account. Then you should be able to update your payment details, or immediately renew the domain from the purchases page:
