change external link to internal links

  Hi,

  I have seen on some blogs , External links looks like internal links for example

  External links http://externallin.com

  will changed to http://internallink.com/uoq12o3sdm

  No external link plugin is there which do some what similar but not exactly same.. Is there any other plugin which change link like this?? I think it is encrypted link…
  I really appreciate helps…
