Change favicon without purchasing premium?

  Is it possible to use my own favicon without purchasing wordpress’s premium service? Is it possible to edit the underlying PHP files at all? Thanks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there!

  While you don’t have direct PHP access, you can change your site’s Favicon.

  Here are instructions:

  Thanks for your help! However, I don’t seem to have this option under Settings – General. (I am only able to change my “gravatar,” in the profile settings, but that doesn’t seem to be the same thing.) Perhaps this is no longer supported? Thank you!
