Change featured image frame color on pages

  Hello. On my pages, I have a featured image that currently is at the size that I want, but because it does not fill up the width of the page, it is surrounded by a white frame, which I do not like because the background color of my blog is dark brown. How can I change the color of this frame (without changing the white background on the other areas of the blog (eg. posts))?
