Change "featured Image" size in blog post

  Hi – I recently installed Platform Pro on my website popuppoems.com. I am also using the Next Gen gallery plug in to help me build galleries. I have one post live on the site right now for you to review.

  My question: Is there a way for me to control the size of the “featured” image that I attach to the blog post and which appears in the upper left hand corner of the published post? I would like to make a default change to this size so every post uses the same size. Is there a way to do this?
