Change features on a page

How can I change some of the other features on my front page, rather than just the first text box? There are all these generic boxes such as, ‘This is just a short excerpt for the about page.’ I would like to change these. Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every themes has a detailed theme description page like this one https://wordpress.com/themes/twentysixteen/ and that’s where set up instructions for it are found. Each one also has a live demo site like this one at https://twentysixteendemo.wordpress.com/
All support docs are at https://en.support.wordpress.com/

Thanks for that but unfortunately I still cannot edit the small boxes in the Edin theme. This means the front page still looks like it needs editing. How can I edit all of these little boxes?

Hi @kfry1, it looks like you changed themes. We can help if you want to switch back to Edin though. All of its setup instructions are here:
https://wordpress.com/theme/edinWhat you need to do:
– Create three pages, each with a featured image– Create another page for the home page; give it the home page template, and make it the front page of the site
– In the Customizer, find the theme options and select those three pages as featured pages.
Let us know if you need help with this.
