  hello
  I set a customized background and now I can not change the font color so that you can see/read material help?!! thanks ;)

  Do you have the Custom Design upgrade? If so, re-post in the CSS forum specifying the colour you want your text to be.

  Otherwise, you can change the text colour in the body of the post but not the titles by hand-coding each post in HTML: https://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/07/11/formatting-text-pt-5/
