How do I change the font of the page tab titles?

It would require knowledge and experience with CSS, and the purchase of the paid CSS upgrade.
You can use the free CSS edit preview to try changes before you purchase the upgrade. Do be aware that there is no official support for the CSS upgrade and only a few here with even moderate experience with it, so you should figure you might be on your own with it.
Search the support or FAQ pages for “CSS” to learn more about the upgrade and where to find some tutorials on CSS, and you can also look in the sticky posts (yellow section) at the top of the CSS forum for more information.

Thank you so much. I kept using font instead of font-family. I have not been to TMI? What is that?

It is an institute that does research into consciousness and such and I had met a Marilynn Luber at one workshop I had attended there and from the picture on your blog, I thought it was you.
