Change Font of Header Links, Headlines, Widgets
-
Hello–I’m using PressRow and I have purchased the CSS upgrade. I’d like to change the font of my header links, headlines, and widget text to Franklin Gothic Demi. How can I do this?

Since there is no official Staff support for the CSS upgrade, and precious little Volunteer support, you have to have at least moderate understanding of HTML and CSS. CSS editing tutorials are found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/#css-help
There is also a preview function found here > Appearance > Edit CSS
Here’s the link to a reference post > http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/#css-help
Please be patient while waiting for a Volunteer who helps with CSS to login and locate this thread and assist you. Also note this walk through article on how to use Type Kit with your WP.com blog. http://getook.wordpress.com/2010/01/04/typekit-guide-change-your-fonts/ and this link as well http://typekit.com/help/wordpress

Use the code below but note that not all users will have franklin gothic demi on their systems. It won’t display for me, I get the regular serif font instead. You should aim to include some fall-back options so that those users get something similar that is included as standard.
#header a, #nav li a, #sidebar, .post h2 a, .post h2 {font-family:"franklin gothic demi",SECOND,THIRD,serif;} -
