Change font of site title and tagline

  I’m having troubles with getting my site title, tagline and header right.

  Apparently I can’t change the font unless I use CSS, which I’m willing to do but don’t know the required code.

  I’ve tried a workaround by putting my fonts into an image and loading it as header, also tried it as a logo. But in both cases the image is ridiculously small.

  Can anyone tell me the CSS code I would need to have my site title in Fredericka the Great font (available in google fonts) approx 40 point; my tagline in Open Sans (also in google) approx 10 font; both texts in black and centred with my header, and my header running across the width of the page.
