  You need the Custom Design, included in Premium & Business plans for do that.

  Hi there,

  To change the fonts on your site you can use Custom Fonts, part of the custom design features galois mentioned. You can add those features to your site by upgrading to the WordPress.com Premium plan on your Plans page.
