Change font size and border in Twenty Ten

  Hello,

  How do I change the border of my header image to white in the Twenty Ten Appearances setting, or remove the black outline around the header image? I also want to increase the font size of my header tagline. Are these possible with CSS, or is there an easier way? Thanks!
