Change font size of headline in theme Twenty Eleven?

  Hi all,
  I’ve been trying to find out if it’s possible to change the font size of the headlines for my blog posts. They are currently very big! I haven’t found an answer so I’m wondering if I need to upgrade to be able to do this?

  You’ll have to purchase the custom design upgrade to change the font sizes.
