Change font size of post headings, primary menu bar buttons

  Hi

  Would you be able to give me a step by step description of how to change the font of my primary menu buttons and the headings of my post titles as they display on the post page. At the moment they are big and bold black and I want to change to light and and a smaller size.
  I am working in Zuki.
