Change font size page headers Twenty Ekevn

Using WordPress 6.22 I cannot change fonts sizes for page headers which are too bi. Font selection does not appear in appearance->customise with this theme.
I can change the main header with CSS and am happy to do so for the page headers but trying to change all heading sizes h1 through to h6 this doesn’t change page header size. Please can someone let me know what would be the css code to enact size changes to page headers.

The site I am developing a community service for a birdingnsw.org is presently on the site keirvt.net/wordpress but you will be unable to check the editing problem without the password. The Twenty Eleven theme seems to be missing a number of editing capabilities including the appearance->customise-Font entry. CSS code should be a way to change the page headers. I am able to change the font size for the main header using
appearance->customise->css and entering this code#site-title a {
color: #000000;
font-size: 2.2em;
font-weight: bold;
text-decoration: none;
font-family: times New Roman;
}
How would I change the pager header font size please -
