  What exactly is the change you want to do your footer?
  By WordPress.com Terms of Service, you cannot remove the WordPress.com credits. However, you can edit it (size, style, color, etc) according to your needs. Is this what you’re looking to do? If so, please tell us the specific changes you want to do.
