Change footer widget padding

  Hi the padding on my footer widgets is too large. I would like to reduce it and customize position on menu items and logo that I have in the footer widgets of my page. I’ve used this code and it has helped me reduce padding on the top but I can’t figure out how to do it for the bottom:
  #footer-widgets {
  padding: 20px;
  }
