  I am a blogger on your site. I would like to change over to my own website with all my work, viewers, followers everything. How do I do that?

  Perhaps you could share more details of what you wish to achieve. A blog is a website. Do you mean you wish to move the content of your site to another site at a different company? Or do you mean you want to change your .wordpress.com address to a custom domain. That can be achieved by upgrading to a paid plan.
