change from .com to org and what exactly did I purchase

    I brought .com but would like to change to .org
    but can I get a refund then on the .com?
    I brought a email address but I don’t need that because I have created my own
    and was wondering if you can tell me exactly what I purchased
    More then happy if to start again if that would be easier?

    What was the domain that you purchased? I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
