Change from full post to teasers on home page

  Hi there, I am finding in my stats that I have a lot of ‘home page’ visits and I do not know exactly which posts these ‘home page’ visitors are actually reading.

  So, I am wondering if there is a way on WordPress to just have a teaser of my blog post on the ‘home page’ making the readers click on each post that they want to read and thus registering the hit for the post they read.

  Let me know if anyone else has ever thought of this.
