Change from premium to business after (lets say) 3 months…refund?

  If I decide to change the upgrade from premium to business after lets say 3 months, I will get a refund? Because I payed 99 EUR for 12 months…but used only 3.

  No. The refund period is only 30 days.

  I know it is generally like this. Just I wonder, because wordpress would provoke that many users might not do the upgrade immediately…if they don’t give compensation or something similar.

  I mean they could say that if you already paid EUR 99 for premium you could only pay EUR 200 for the upgrade to business… of course only for the pending 9 months in this particular case.

  If you buy an upgrade that contains a lesser upgrade in it – you get credit for the unused balance in buying the higher upgrade
