Change from self hosted to wordpress.com

    I have had my blog foodandwineporn.de on my self hosted environment.
    Now I want to go to wordpress.com and use for example the “follow feature” you provide.
    I guess this can be done by buying the domain feature for 13 USD per Year.
    And by following the Setup you provide by entering the required DNS Information into my providers setup.
    By doing this, would I be able to use my foodandwineporn.de address to be displayed when someone is looking for my foodandwineporn.wordpress.com blog?

    Almost more important: Is there any way by buying another update you provide to make use of google analytics?
