  Without a Premium or Business plan, you can change the theme’s colour shceme in your Customizer‘s Colors & Backgrounds panel. Click “Palettes” to see the free colour-scheme options.

  If you want to change the colour of a specific element, you will need Custom CSS, which is available with the Premium or Business plans.
