Change gallery thumbnail and default caption wrapping

  Two questions regarding my wordpress page juliadub.com using Coraline theme…

  1. How do I change the thumbnail photo for gallery that comes up on the main screen?? It’s not the first or last in the list and I don’t see an option to choose one….

  2. How can I make it so my default caption doesnt wrap to the next line as it looks to have plenty… at least the width of the photo, surely?? example partway down the page here: http://juliadub.com/2012/01/25/aaaarrt/

  Thanks in advance I have tried my best to do it myself AND find some answers somewhere but now I’m getting frustrated!! HELP :)
