I had a look at your WordPress.com site https://realsimpleway.com/ and it already has encryption (green padlock) enabled.
All WordPress.com sites come with encryption enabled, offered by LetsEncrypt. You can learn more about it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/https-ssl/
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have questions.

Hi,
Okay. So, kind of Like “Apple.com”, they have a green padlock with “Apple, Inc” and I wanted mines to be something like “SimpleWay.com, LLC, or Inc, when I finalize my legal documents.
Please help me out.
Thanks,

That is not possible with WordPress.com. All WordPress.com sites are issued certificate from LetsEncrypt under the name tls.automattic.com. You can read about it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/https-ssl/#why-do-i-see-tls-automattic-com-in-my-certificates-common-name-cn

@realsimpleway, just to clarify, since you’ve mentioned that you are on the Business upgrade plan, with the exception of CSS assistance, every site with an upgrade plan is eligible for direct support from Staff via live chat or email at https://wordpress.com/help/contact when you are logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade.

Hi there,
As @strikebuys already said, your site has already a security certificate and you don’t need to install one.
Also, as @justjennifer pointed out since you have already purchased a plan, you have access to live chat and email support.
