Change header font in Pages to smaller size

  I am trying to change the font size of the Heading within each of my Pages but I’m having trouble interpreting different threads that discuss this issue.
  My website url is: https://anescapetoholdonto.wordpress.com/
  I’m using the Radcliffe theme.
  I’d like to change the way the headings appear when going into each Page to a smaller font size. I’m trying to change the word “Songs” to a smaller size in the relative page labeled “Songs” when it appears in its page.
