change header height in elemin theme

  Hallo!
  I woul like to change header height in elemin theme,
  I do this:

  #branding #searchform {
  display:none;
  }

  #branding .only-search + #access div {
  padding-right:0;
  }
  #branding {
  padding-top: 0;
  }
  #branding hgroup {
  background: url(http://amagazinedotorg.files.wordpress.com/2012/04/header_primavera.jpg?h=400) no-repeat center;
  }

  but height does not change, would you people of wordPress help me?

  I also remove the search bar, and the padding-top.

  This way:
  #branding #searchform {
  display:none;
  }

  #branding .only-search + #access div {
  padding-right:0;
  }

  #branding {
  padding-top:0;
  }

  #branding hgroup {
  background:url(‘http://amagazinedotorg.files.wordpress.com/2012/04/header_primavera.jpg’) no-repeat center;
  min-height:400px;
  }
