Change Header Image on Fresh & Clean

Hi, I am new to CSS and need to change my header image size to 900X300. I made an attempt at it but the image is still getting cut off. Can anyone assist me with this? I would greatly appreciate it!

Yes, thank you. It helped a bit but my image is still cut off. Not sure where to go from here?
When I edit the original image it doesn’t allow me to set at 900×300. It automatically adjusts to 900X567.

Why don’t you use an offline image editing program to create an image of the exact size that you require? http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2009/11/28/ten-free-online-image-compression-and-optimzation-programs/

Unfortunately, none of these image editing programs worked. They said the pixel request was too large. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to edit a custom header in CSS.
Not sure how the commands should be typed in for Fresh & Clean theme.
