Change header links hover colors

  hello i would like to costomize every background color hover of all header links .
  But whene i insert :

  #menu-item-59:hover {
  background-color: #9cc954;
  }

  Only the main theme color appears and not mine.

  Could you help me find the solution ?

  Hi there,

  When I hover over the header sacca on each page, I am able to see the change to the hover color. Were you able to get this sorted to your liking?
