  Is it not possible to change the header picture for site Cotnact?

  Hi there, You should be able to do so by changing the Page’s featured image on your WordPress.com website. Here’s more on that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/

  If you are still having trouble with this, please let us know what theme you are using on jaananbeautybox.wordpress.com since your site is marked Private and so only Staff can see it.
