Change header text

  I went to appearance, header to change the text and there is no option to change the header and subheader text. Is there something I’m overlooking? It should be simple and I searched this through the forums, but the advice wasn’t helpful.

  To change the site title and/or tagline, go to settings > general. the appearance > header section is only for adding a header image.
