change header to an uploaded image

  my theme allows a header i go through the steps,upload my image,crop to correct size then nothing changes ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you read this detailed theme description page https://wordpress.com/theme/book-lite?

  If a featured image is assigned to a page or post, the image will appear as a background to the header (in place of the custom header, if one is set).

  Custom Header works best with an image at least 1440 wide and 500 tall.
