CHange header to image slider

  Hey there

  I’d like to replace the static image header on the Chateau theme to an image slider. I’ve tried adding this as a plugin but it doesn’t show within the chateau theme.

  Do I need to remove part of the coding in my ‘header editor’ in order to add in the slider css/php code?

  I’m not great with programming language so any assistance is appreciated
  .

  You are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at all as we run on different software and the version we have of Chateau is not the same as the WordPress.org version that you have. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/

  It was a general question and not for the wordpress.org site. Am I still in the wrong place?

  Yes you are because we here at WordPress.com do not run on the same software as you have on that WordPress.org install, and we do not have the same version of the Chateau theme you are working with.
