Change Header Width

  I am trying to customize my header…or maybe my page.
  Using the Sela theme, there is a white strip on either side of the header.
  I would like to eliminate that unnecessary white space by either widening the header and navigation bar, or making the entire page content larger.

  I just saw you website and noticed you have used a boxed theme. If you want to remove the unnecessary white space set your theme to fullwidth which generally comes under customizer or theme option. Hope that helps :)
