Change heading title in Ideation and Intent theme

    Hi, I would like to change the second column heading from “Photos”
    to “Recent Casts”.
    I am somewhat familiar with CSS, but fairly new to WordPress.
    Thanks in advance,
    Phillip

    Hi Phillip, since I do not see any WordPress.com sites associated with your username, I would assume that you are probably talking about a self-hosted WordPress site.

    For a self-hosted site using Ideation and Intent, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org Themes and Templates forum. Make sure and tag your threads on Ideation with wpcom-theme so the support people will get notified of your posting.

    For general questions on self-hosted WordPress.org installations, visit http://wordpress.org/support/.

    The differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

    I did take a quick look at the demo site and this will change the title on the Photos sidebar gallery section for you. You can use it as a guide to change the title on the other.

    .sidebar-gallery .widget-title {
        visibility: hidden;
    }
    .sidebar-gallery .widget-title:before {
        content: "Recent Casts";
        visibility: visible;
    }

    On self-hosted sites, you can create a Child Theme and then copy over the relevant file(s) and make the change directly instead of the above CSS work around. The CSS solution above works, but editing the appropriate theme file would be my suggested way to go.
