Change Home Page Image in "Structure"

  I’m trying to change the Home Page Image in the theme layout “Structure” under the Header image, but not a post. The instructions keep taking me to “Featured Images” instructions, but all that did is confuse me even more. Everytime I try, the image ends up in a post, instead of the Home Page.

  I swear I’m about to freakin’ tear my hair out, I can’t remember being this angry.

  How in the world does this work?

  You set the featured image for the post, but you do not insert that image into the post. You.
