Change Home Tab to point to a different URL

  Hi

  Can someone please help in showing me how to change the URL of the home tab on WP themes to point to a different URL. (It can be an external URL)

  The site is still under development and I used Artisteer to create the theme. What I’d like to do is modify the “Home” tab to point to a different URL instead.
